Fruit Balls

boil milk, add sugar and boil and add kowa and make it thick add vannila essence. cool it.

take fruits like papaya, apple and pomegranate, roll bread pieces in water and put the fruit mixture, roll like jamum and put htem the in the above gravy, garnish with badam pieces.

Drumsticks Palu curry

heat oil, add jeera, red chillies, and fry
add onions, karyapak fry
add drum sticks and fry
add rice water (rice flour +water) mix well
at the end, add milk and cook for amin and remove. garnish with kothmir and serve

Mint Rice Soup

mint=pavu cup
rice 2 cups ganji
green chillies, lemo, ginger..

dilute ganji and boil. Add pudina, little black salt, salt, green chillies, boil further.
filter it and lemon juice and garnish with fresh ginger.

Cabbage Leaves Rolls

In another pan, put butter and cabbage leaves, cover to remove raw smell.

Baby Corn Green Peas Soup

Masala Chegodi

heat oil, add jeera, karyapak, sour yougrut, mix and addd water, boil, add salt, velluli kaaram. Keep adding rice flour and keep mixing without lumps ...let it cool...add kothmir and make rings and deep fry...
in stores they add pasupu, vaamu, it is up to us.

Apple Salad

Boil potato, mash and add to bowl, to add it sweet corn, capscisum, peeled cucumber, spring onieons green part, salt pepper kothmir, mix keep it aside.

Remove only center from apple and cut the rounds, stuff mixture through holes and serve like sandwich.

Oats Kheer

1. Roast oats
2. Make syrup with bellam
3. Add oats and cook add, mirayal a powder. Cool
4. Heat milk and cool
mix both 3 and 4 and

garnish with kaju and miryala powder

Mirayala Pulihora

1. Roast mirayalu and powder htem
2. cook rice and keep aside
3. thick tamarind water into paste
4. heat oiil, add popu dinusulu, red chillies, half crushed and half full and karyapak.
5. Add rice, mix and add tamarind paste and mirayala powder
6. garnish with kaju fried in ghee

Crispy Semiya Balls

fry chilies, oninions, carrots, peas, potato, salt , garam masala kothmir, add bread powder, and mix. make balls

dip in maida and corn flour mixture (in water and salt)

press in seviya and deep fry..

Oats Dosa

Oats- 2 cups
Goduma Rava-1/2 cup or 1 cup, it should be litlte less than oats
Rice Flour: 1/2 cup, it shoul,d be little less than goduma rava...
carrot
chilli,
salt
pepper

Soak oats, goduma rava salt and rice flour in water for an hour.

Pour dosa thick, add carrot chilies and kothmir on top and cook on two sides.

Garlic Rasam

make rasam powder: redchilies, dhania, pepper, chana dal

. Add oil, mustard, karyapak, lots of garlic and fry. Add Tomato and water and cook until boil. Add masala powder and kothmir and boil more and serve.

For removing tan add cocunut water+honey and apply to skin.

Wadiya Rice

in a pan, fry jeera, rai, add cashews, carrot, potato, beans and fry, pour water and the soaked rice, cook, when it is cooked 75% add grated paneer on top and serve with boondi raita.

Sweet Corn Halwa

boil sweet corn and mash keep aside

In a pan, fry ghee, fry kaju and badam, keep aside. In the same pan, pour the mashed corn and fry for a min, add milk and sugar fry until boil...add koya and cardammaon powder, remove when it is thick and top it with dry fruits and serve

Papaya Salad

In a bowl, add papapa cubes, fresh shredded coconut, salt, pepper, cardammom powder, honey and mix. Serve it after few mins.

Miryala Vadalu

soak black split urad dal a day before...

for 1 cup add 1/4 cup peppers

grind dal and black pepper with salt...

add jeera, salt, rice flour and bind again not too light not too loose..

wet a cloth, make vadas flat and thin and deep fry.

POppy seeds and coconut kheer

soak poppy seeds for 30 mins..
in a pan, fry dry fruits, remove
in teh same pan, add ghee, add poppy seeds, coconut, milk and bring it to a boil. Later add sugar, coconut milk and cook further, remove and serve.

Mysore Pulihora

Grind these first...

All popu dinusulu, red chillies, daniya, menthlu..

IN a pan, fry popu dinusulu, karyapak, coconut shredded, saute for a while add tamarind pulp, boil add masala and boil, add rice at the end and serve.

Ginger soup

boil tamarind pulp, add ginger pieces and cucumber pieces and boil, add salt, pepper powder and coriander, turn off the stove and add honey and serve.

Sprouts bites

moong sprouts, boilied potatoes, boiled carrots, salt chatm asala, kothmir...mash everything

aata dough with maida, rice flour and wheat flour

make big chapatis, put mixture in the center and add roll, cut and deep fry.

Potato Pancake

take a mashed potato, add rice flour, salt, pepper to it,mix everthing with milk, add little water if needed, make it thick and pour it like dosas.

Add roasted sesame seeds on top...eat it as it is as or with ketchup or chutney.

Pineapple Paneer Salad

Take a bowl, add

Paneer cubes
pineapple cubes
thinly sliced capcisum
thinly sliced tomatoes with seeds removed
salt
pepper
kohtmir
pudina and salad oil
shredded coconut

keep aside for 10 mins and serve with freshly shredded coconut

Vegetable Pulihora

Add oil and fry popu items and red chillies. Add ginger, karyapak, green chilies and fry. Add boiled vegetables like green pepper, beans and carrots. Stir and fry for 2 mins, then add rice mix everything and squeeze lemon juice. Serve after garnishing with coriander
